Terms of Service

Effective date: 17 September 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.dynamicfreelancer.ae, related landing pages, Freelance Central and other Dynamic Freelancer digital services, and any membership or separate service that you purchase from Dynamic Employment Services LLC under the Dynamic Freelancer brand.

01Who we are and what these Terms cover

Dynamic Freelancer is a brand and private service operated by Dynamic Employment Services LLC, trade licence number 744012, with its business address at Office 1006, 10th Floor, Marina Plaza, Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these Terms, "Dynamic Freelancer", "DES", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Dynamic Employment Services LLC.

These Terms apply when you visit the Website, submit an enquiry or eligibility form, create or use an account, purchase or renew a membership, use Freelance Central or another member feature, or purchase a separate service from us. References to the "Website" include www.dynamicfreelancer.ae and related landing pages. References to the "Platform" include Freelance Central and other digital member features that we make available.

02Definitions

"Member" means an individual accepted into a Dynamic Freelancer membership.

"Membership" means Freelancer Membership, Freelancer Membership - 1 Year or Freelancer Membership - 2 Years, as identified in the written quotation and membership documents.

"Membership Documents" means the quotation, invoice, membership form, onboarding documents and any applicable employment, work-authorisation, sponsorship, assignment, payroll, invoicing or platform terms provided to you.

"Separate Service" means a service purchased outside a Membership, including Golden Residency support, Mission Work Permit support or another service expressly identified as separate in writing.

"Authority" means any UAE federal or local government authority, ministry, immigration authority, identity authority, medical authority, free zone authority or other official body involved in an application or legal process.

"Partner Service" means a product, platform, workspace, event or professional service supplied by an independent third party.

03Acceptance and contract documents

By using the Website or Platform, or by submitting an enquiry, you agree to the provisions of these Terms that apply to that activity. A Membership or Separate Service becomes binding only when we accept your application or order and issue the applicable written quotation, invoice or confirmation.

The Membership Documents form the complete agreement for the relevant Membership or Separate Service. If documents conflict, the following order applies: mandatory UAE law; any official employment, work-authorisation or sponsorship document for matters within its scope; the signed quotation or service schedule; these Terms; and general Website content. A specific written term prevails over a general term for the same subject.

Website content is general information. It does not replace the individual quotation, eligibility assessment, official contract or Authority requirement that applies to you.

04Private service and government decisions

Dynamic Freelancer is not a UAE government entity, government website, ministry or free zone authority. We administer Memberships and, where included, support applications and processes involving the relevant Authorities.

Authorities decide eligibility, approval, issuance, validity, amendment and cancellation of official permits, work-authorisation documents, residence documents, Emirates ID documents and other official records. Approval and timing are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for an Authority decision or delay that is outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit responsibility for our own breach, negligence or failure to provide a service we expressly agreed to provide.

05Membership options and included services

Dynamic Freelancer offers the following Memberships, subject to eligibility and the written quotation:

Freelancer Membership. Intended for eligible professionals who already hold suitable UAE residence or otherwise do not require residence sponsorship through DES. Residence sponsorship is not included. The Membership includes the applicable work-authorisation administration and ecosystem access identified in the Membership Documents.

Freelancer Membership - 1 Year. A one-year Membership that includes ecosystem access and, where approved and documented, the applicable DES employment, work-authorisation and UAE residence sponsorship arrangement.

Freelancer Membership - 2 Years. A two-year Membership that includes ecosystem access and, where approved and documented, the applicable DES employment, work-authorisation and UAE residence sponsorship arrangement.

Every Membership includes only the benefits and services identified in the current written quotation. These may include Freelance Central, FreelancerHub, member support, community features, eligible events, partner or marketplace access, client-registration workflows, invoicing administration and other member services.

Residence sponsorship, insurance, medical fitness processing, Emirates ID administration, municipality-related charges and other third-party or Authority items are included only where the quotation expressly says they are included. Partner Services remain subject to the provider's own availability, eligibility, pricing and terms.

Golden Residency support and Mission Work Permit support are Separate Services and are not included in a Membership unless the written quotation expressly states otherwise.

06Eligibility and onboarding

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into the applicable documents and satisfy the professional, identity, residence, immigration, work-authorisation and compliance requirements relevant to the selected Membership or Separate Service.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information and genuine documents. We may request identity, qualification, experience, client, assignment, source-of-funds, compliance, medical, insurance, residence or other information reasonably required for onboarding or an Authority process.

Submitting an enquiry, paying an initial amount or receiving a preliminary eligibility indication does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline an application where the activity, documents, residence status, proposed assignments or compliance profile do not satisfy our requirements or those of an Authority. We will explain the payment and refund treatment that applies under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

07Work authorisation, residence and employment arrangements

Your Membership may require separate legal and administrative arrangements to support compliant professional activity in the UAE. These arrangements depend on the Membership selected and your circumstances.

Freelancer Membership includes the applicable work-authorisation arrangement identified in your Membership Documents but does not include UAE residence sponsorship through DES. You remain responsible for maintaining a suitable and valid residence status throughout the Membership term.

For Freelancer Membership - 1 Year and Freelancer Membership - 2 Years, acceptance may require you to enter into an employment, work-authorisation and residence sponsorship arrangement with DES. If accepted and the applicable documents take effect, DES will act as the legal employer and residence sponsor for that arrangement. The official employment contract, work-authorisation documents and mandatory UAE employment law govern employment matters.

Your payment is for the selected Membership and the services stated in the quotation. It is not a payment to purchase employment, a job, salary, government approval, sponsorship or an official document. Entering an employment arrangement does not mean that DES will source clients or guarantee assignments, income or client payment.

You must not begin or continue work outside the activity, client, assignment or work-authorisation arrangements approved for you. A no-objection document or similar confirmation may be issued only where legally available and after the required review.

08Freelance Central and digital access

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Platform during your active Membership for its intended purposes. You must keep account credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

Platform features may change as we improve or replace services. We may perform maintenance, address security issues or suspend a feature where reasonably necessary. We will take reasonable steps to avoid material disruption and to communicate material changes affecting active Members.

You may not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape data, impersonate another person, interfere with another user, upload unlawful material or use the Platform for an activity outside the scope approved for you.

09Clients, assignments and professional activity

You are responsible for sourcing and maintaining your own client relationships. You may propose work for multiple clients, but each client and assignment may require review, registration or approval under the applicable Membership Documents and professional activity.

You are responsible for agreeing the commercial scope of your work, delivering the agreed services professionally, maintaining required records, avoiding conflicts of interest and complying with applicable law. You must not represent that Dynamic Freelancer guarantees, supervises or endorses the quality or outcome of your client work unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

FreelancerHub, events, community features and Partner Services may help Members discover people or opportunities. Access does not guarantee enquiries, projects, selection, revenue or payment.

10Client contracting, invoicing and payment administration

Client contracting and invoicing must follow the process stated in your Membership Documents. For assignments administered through DES, DES may contract with or register the client, issue the client invoice in the DES legal name and tax registration details, receive client funds and administer the Member's payment through the applicable payroll, employment or settlement process.

You must not issue a personal or third-party invoice for an assignment that the Membership Documents require DES to invoice. You must provide accurate client, assignment, timesheet, milestone, tax and payment information and must not instruct a client to bypass the agreed process.

Where an employment arrangement applies, the fixed WPS salary and the treatment of additional client-derived earnings will be stated in the applicable employment, payroll and assignment documents. Client payment is not guaranteed. We are not required to advance unpaid client amounts unless a signed document expressly says otherwise.

A 2.49 percent invoicing and payment administration charge applies to amounts invoiced through the DES process unless a different rate is expressly stated in your signed quotation or service schedule. Any VAT or external banking charges applicable to that fee will be identified in the relevant document.

11Fees, VAT and third-party costs

Membership and Separate Service prices are stated in UAE dirhams. Published prices exclude 5 percent VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. The amount, payment schedule, instalments, inclusions, exclusions and renewal price that apply to you will be confirmed before payment in the quotation or invoice.

Government, medical, Emirates ID, municipality, insurance, typing, courier, translation, banking and other third-party costs are included only where the quotation expressly says so. Where we collect an external cost on behalf of a third party or Authority, that amount remains subject to the third party's rules, changes and refund treatment.

You must pay amounts by the due date. We may pause onboarding, Platform access, an application or a requested service while an amount remains overdue, subject to applicable law and any official employment obligations.

12Membership term and renewal

The Membership term begins on the activation date stated in the Membership Documents. Platform activation, work-authorisation commencement, employment commencement and residence issuance may occur on different dates. The Membership Documents will identify the date used for billing and renewal.

A Membership does not renew automatically unless you have expressly agreed to automatic renewal in writing. Before renewal, we may reassess eligibility, documents, activity, fees and Authority requirements. Renewal and continued approval are not guaranteed.

If you do not wish to renew, you must notify us early enough to complete any required employment, work-authorisation or residence offboarding before expiry. Expiry of Platform access does not itself cancel an official document, employment record or residence sponsorship.

13Cancellations, refunds and offboarding

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. A refund depends on the stage reached, work completed, Platform or Membership access already provided and external costs already committed or paid.

Cancelling a Membership does not automatically cancel a work permit, employment arrangement, residence sponsorship, Emirates ID record, insurance policy, client assignment or Authority application. You must complete the required offboarding and cancellation steps and pay any disclosed cancellation or third-party charges that properly apply.

14Member responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate, current and complete information and notify us promptly of changes;
  • maintain valid identity, contact, residence, banking and other required records;
  • work only within the approved professional activity and client or assignment process;
  • comply with the Membership Documents, UAE law and Authority requirements;
  • use the Platform, community and events respectfully and lawfully;
  • protect confidential information belonging to clients, DES, partners and other Members;
  • promptly report complaints, disputes, payment issues, security incidents or Authority correspondence relevant to the Membership; and
  • complete renewal, cancellation, transfer and offboarding steps when required.

You are responsible for losses, delays or additional costs caused by materially inaccurate information, unauthorised activity, failure to provide required documents or breach of your obligations, to the extent permitted by law.

15Partner and third-party services

A Partner Service is supplied by an independent provider under its own terms, privacy notice, eligibility rules, availability and pricing. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, DES is not the provider of the Partner Service and is not responsible for the provider's acts, omissions or service outcome.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. A link does not mean that we control or guarantee the third-party service.

16Intellectual property

The Website, Platform, Dynamic Freelancer brand, software, design, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to DES and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use them only for the permitted personal and professional purposes connected with your Membership.

You retain ownership of material you lawfully upload. You grant us a limited right to host, process, reproduce and display that material only as needed to provide the Platform, administer the Membership, comply with law and protect our services. You confirm that you have the right to upload the material.

17Privacy and communications

We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You must review that policy before submitting personal information. Where another person's data is supplied, you must have a lawful basis and authority to provide it.

Operational communications about enquiries, payments, onboarding, Authority processes, Platform security, client administration, renewals and offboarding are part of providing the Membership or Separate Service. Marketing communications are optional and may be withdrawn through the unsubscribe method or by contacting us.

18Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, onboarding or a Membership where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, false or incomplete information, unlawful or unsafe conduct, a material breach, security risk, incompatible activity, client or assignment non-compliance, an Authority instruction or a legal requirement.

Where the issue can reasonably be corrected, we will normally explain it and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it. We may act immediately where required by law, an Authority, security, safety or the seriousness of the breach.

Termination may require the cancellation or transfer of employment, work-authorisation, residence, insurance, client and invoicing arrangements. Financial settlement, final payroll and official cancellation steps will be handled under applicable law and the Membership Documents. Clauses intended to continue after termination, including payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy, liability and dispute terms, remain effective.

19Service availability and disclaimers

We will provide the Membership, Platform and Separate Services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Platform availability, Authority approval or timing, client acquisition, assignment selection, client payment, income level, tax outcome, banking access, insurance acceptance or any result controlled by a third party.

General Website content does not constitute legal, immigration, tax, accounting, financial, insurance or investment advice. Requirements may change, and individual circumstances matter. Obtain independent professional advice where needed.

20Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer rights or mandatory employment obligations.

Subject to the previous paragraph and to the fullest extent permitted by law, DES is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of anticipated profit, loss of opportunity or loss caused solely by an Authority, client, bank, insurer, Partner Service or other third party outside our reasonable control.

Subject to applicable law, our aggregate contractual liability for a claim relating to a specific Membership or Separate Service will not exceed the amount paid to us for the affected Membership or Separate Service. This limit does not reduce any refund, wage, statutory compensation or other amount that the law requires us to pay.

21Complaints and disputes

Please send a complaint to support@dynamicfreelancer.ae with your full name, contact details, Membership or invoice reference and a clear description of the issue. We may request information reasonably needed to investigate and will respond through the appropriate internal process.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from using a complaint, mediation, employment or consumer process available under UAE law.

22Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and the Membership Documents are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory procedure or jurisdiction that applies to an employment, consumer, immigration or Authority matter, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

23Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, Authority requirements, the Membership model or the Platform. The updated version will show its effective date. Material changes affecting an active Membership will be communicated through a reasonable channel and will not remove accrued rights or override a signed document unless permitted by law and properly agreed.
